Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us through enquiry forms, email and calls: your name, company, email address, phone number and details of the project you want help with. Where you become a client, we also process account credentials and operational data strictly as needed to deliver the agreed services.

Our website collects basic technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited so we can understand performance and improve the experience.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services, raise invoices, provide support, and — where you have opted in — send occasional updates about our work. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing and processors

We share data only with service providers who help us operate: hosting, analytics, email and marketplace or advertising platforms required to deliver your services. These providers are bound to use the data only for the purpose we specify.

Security and retention

Access to client data is restricted to the team members working on your account. Credentials are stored in encrypted vaults and rotated on request or at the end of an engagement. We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months and client records for as long as required by contract and tax law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to marketing, at any time by writing to info@sainestack.com. We respond to requests within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to measure usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings; essential features will continue to work.

Write to info@sainestack.com and we will clarify anything you need.
