Advance payments reserve team capacity and cover discovery work. If you cancel before production begins, we refund the advance less any work already performed and any third-party costs incurred. Once production has started, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable and remaining milestones are cancelled.
Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. The current month is not refundable because the team and platform work are already allocated, but we complete all committed deliverables for that period and hand over documentation and access.
Course fees are refundable in full if you cancel more than seven days before the cohort start date. Between seven days and the start date, 50% is refundable. After the first session, fees are non-refundable, though we will transfer your seat to the next cohort once at no charge.
Amounts already spent with third parties cannot be refunded. This includes advertising spend, domain and hosting fees, software licences, stock assets, marketplace registration and government or statutory charges such as trademark filings and GST registration fees.
Email info@sainestack.com from your registered address with your invoice reference and reason. We acknowledge requests within three working days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10–14 working days.
