By using this website or engaging SaineStack, you agree to these terms. Specific engagements are additionally governed by the signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement, which takes precedence where the two differ.

Scope of services
Deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in the proposal for each engagement. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. Timelines assume timely provision of assets, approvals and platform access by the client.
Fees and payment
Project work is typically invoiced with an advance and milestone payments; retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Third-party costs such as advertising spend, platform fees, domains, hosting, licences, freight and government charges are billed at cost or paid directly by the client.
Client responsibilities
You confirm that products, content and claims you provide are lawful and that you hold the rights to any material supplied to us. You remain the account holder for your marketplace, advertising and payment accounts and are responsible for platform policy compliance.
Intellectual property
On full payment, final approved deliverables created specifically for you become your property. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates and know-how, and may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Limitations
Marketplace rankings, advertising returns and search visibility depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and competitor behaviour. We commit to defined activities and professional standards rather than guaranteed results. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement in the preceding three months.
Termination and governing law
Either party may end a retainer with 30 days written notice; fees for work performed remain payable. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at our registered place of business having jurisdiction.
